BasicMaster

In the BasicMaster powder are added manually or automatic through the manhole above liquid level. The mixer generates a controlled vortex in the tank, which contributes to separating air from the liquid and generates a perfect homogeneous dispersion within seconds.

VacuumMaster

In the VacuumMaster powders are drawn directly into the mixing area below liquid level by means of vacuum and are instantly wetted. The combination of vortex and vacuum effectively separates air from the liquid resulting in a highly stable and homogeneous, air- and lump-free product.

ProcessMaster

The ProcessMaster is the ideal choice to produce high viscous products such as creams and sauces and other emulsions. Besides vacuum the ProcessMaster is typically equipped with single or double scraped agitator, dynamic rotor, cooling and heating jackets and/or direct steam injection nozzles.
